The waxing moon is the period between the new moon and the full moon, which is the ideal time to recharge the hair with moisturising, antioxidant, and fortifying ingredients, when the hair fibres absorb the ingredients the most. During the waxing moon, I use a blend of pink clay, rosemary & bergamot oil, horsetail, and soap nut for a beautifully strengthening and antioxidant blend.

On the other hand, the waning moon is the period between the full moon and the new moon. During the waning moon period, the pace slows down and it is the right time to use soothing, purifying and calming methods to let the scalp rest. During the waning moon period, I use a blend of pink clay, lavender & sage essential oils, horsetail, and soap nut for an indulgent relaxing and soothing blend.
