Patch Test + Expectations
A patch test is required for all new clients 24-48 hours before the appointment. This is to ensure your safety whilst using products your body and hair may not be familiar with. I strive for you to have the best experience with your hair session, however, I am not a qualified therapist, doctor, or dermatologist. My advice and recommendations serve the purpose of only informing/helping and are from my own personal knowledge and experience.
Lateness
Sometimes life gets in the way and it is inevitable and understandable when clients run late to their appointments. Please let me know if this is the case. Due to time constraints, however, if you are more than 20 minutes I may not be able to continue with your appointment you will lose your deposit.
Deposit
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required that will be deducted from the final payment at your appointment.

Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. However, a refund of the deposit will not be issued after this time. I work on a 1-to-1 schedule and do not take multiple clients at one time therefore, I rely on clients showing up to their appointments and this is not enough notice to re-fill the appointment space with another client.
